I have been throwing up lately anything that's safe to eat or drink to calm my stomach down?

Try ginger tablets or ginger ale. Or cola that has lost its fizz. Basically anything that you can get to stay down is okay. Stay with liquids for 24 hours and then progress your diet as tolerated.

I have no way of descerning the reason you may be throwing up. In response to the "safe to eat or drink" question; broth would be the way to start, then jello.
Perhaps you have the flu, and if so, after the broth and jello, you can try keifer, but might wish to wait a day.
If the vomiting continues more than a couple of days, you could quickly become dehydrated, and I would strongly suggest seeing a Dr.

If you really think you have food poisoning you need to go get this checked out. If you are just throwing up but not positive it could be food poisoning then sip on 7-up and clear liquids to start with before progressing to things like crackers and toast.
