Once there is someone is threatening you, do take it lightly. Report it to the police as soon as possible, especially that you don't know who she is. That gives her an advantage over you. Anyone can walk up on you and do anything because you don't know who you should be looking out for. Report it now because if anything happens, when you report it, the police will tell you that you should have reported it from the beginning. As long as there is an email or any written proof of the threats, print them and take it with you to the precinct. Don't regret not reporting it. May God keep you safe.

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you are saying that a girl is basically stalking you, then you should immediate stay away from her and if things persist, contact the police.
