I don't believe they have. They claim they haven't and it still has the 22 or 20 something ingredients it had before. I can't taste a difference and I Love Dr. Pepper.

Dr. Pepper is still the same. I am a huge fan of Dr. Pepper and i could tell u that it hasnt changed

I work for a beverage retailer. They have not changed their flavor. Perhaps the people that tell you it has changed purchased the cherry vanilla version that is out now.
