the better tasting is when you eat them together!
but seriously, of course banana's win as they can be frozen, baked, fried or eaten raw while the cabbage options tend to be more limited in the salad area or chinese fryed. not to mention the calcuim banana has.
it terms of tast alone - I like sweets so banana wins again!
but this question is making me go bananas!!!

I think banana taste better. Cabbage has a unusual taste cannot be eaten by itself, you have to put something else with it.

I guess that whatever the individual prefers. Some people would think bananas and others would think cabbage. They both have distinctive tastes. One is sweet and the other one is on the bitter side if cooked and sweet in coleslaw.
