Paper route, mowing lawns, picking up recyclables and turning them in. My friend and I ran a garbage pickup service when I was in my teens. We'd haul away garbage that was too big to leave at the curb.

Also, look for used books. If there isn't a used book store in your town, check out amazon or ebay. Hope that helps. Seems kinda weird your parents won't buy books you need. What's up with that?

Its very sorry to know about our condition. But don't you feel helpless. If you want to study its a very brave effort by a young gal like you to get money on her own. I suggest that every person is gifted with some or the other skill. you must be good at some art, work or play. So u should make your hobbies and skills your weapons. You can utilise your skills to earn your education. Also you should try for scholarships. There are many schemes for providing scholarships to needy children like you. All the Best.

Dedicate 2 hours every afternoon to raising money. Walk dogs, shovel or mow, run errands. There's money out there if you are willing to work.
