My girl friend lives in another state and lately she is having some family problems(Not about me) and she is getting VERY upset and wants out of it. It really makes me sad, because she is sad and I am unable to help(though I always make her day when I talk to her). But that's just me, can anyone tell me how I can help her. I really, REALLY, care about her and I don't like seeing her upset the way she is. I can't call her though. So, how can I help?

Depends on how old your GF is. Is she old enough to move out on her own? Do you have some friends that would let her stay with them until she can get on her feet? Otherwise, there are always agencies that help people in situations where they have to leave where they are.

You can't call her and you live in another state. I know you may care for her, but what the hell kind of relationship is this. Dump her now.

She has to help herself. All you can do is just be there for her.
