No, not all women. On more than one occasion, I have witnessed a scantily clad teenager or even pre-teenager out in public (belly shirt, super mininskirt, etc.) Then I see the mother. She is dressed in the same clothes as the kid or worse. Everything hanging out, even if it means belly flab exuding in folds over her supermini. If the women of today dress like harlots, and encourage their daughters to do so at such a young age, where is this world going?

I think you are right, but men are also to blame we should be better fathers and husbands. society makes its contribution about what women should look like but ultimately men make a greater contribution by visiting digusting porn sites degrading women.

Where I live in the north maybe I don't see this as much. It's simply to cold here to go around scantily clad. I have two daughters, 11 and 6. They don't wear anything inappropriate in public and they have no desire to. I don't wear skirts at all just pants. As for belly shirts, no, the public would be scarred for life if I did :) When I go to the girls school I really don't notice any girls dressed this way either. I expect next year when my oldest is in middle school that will change.

I agree I have a daughter and I would never dress like that and I would never buy cloths like that for my daughter these girls go to school dressing like that and the boys only have one thing on there minds and we all know what that is the mothers should be letting the girls dress like they are in control they buy the cloths not the kids i wish the parents would realize some of this but they dont care

AMEN to that I have to fight my 11 year old constantly over what she wants to wear and what I want to her to wear. She tries to adjus her clothes and boy do I come down on her. I have pulled her from public school so I do not have to hear well she does or she has this . I do Not care. I want her to be a lady not a street walker. No makeup until she is 16 no shaving until 13 no MINI skirts. I buy long skirts and long tps. I have to go through her clothes that she has outgrown as she tries to wear them and they are too short. Thank You for recognizing all of moms that want our daughter to be proper.

I agree...people wonder why there is such a problem with older men checking out/dating really young girls. People should let kids be kids not dress them up like barbie dolls and try to live vicariously through them!

I have a 15 year old daughter and we have seen this also. She always says "why can i not wear those clothes" and i have to tell her that she doesnt want to look like a whore and I WILL NOT ALLOW her to dress like that.
I can not imagine what a mother could be thinking to let her daughter dress like that.

i know exactly what you're talking about!
it's no wonder that shows like jerry springer or movies like the ringer exist. or that kids get snatched up on myspace...there is no parental control or parental concern. remember when people used to eat dinner together as a family and interact? i wonder how many do that anymore.
parents seem to encourage the kids to dress like nasty skanks.
it's embarrassing to be an american.

I think that you are correct in this assumption. I think it goes too that the parents do not want to parent they want to be a friend. Half the time, these parents are out partying etc and their kids see this, they want to do it also. They know no better because the parents won't show a good example.
