I always try to eat breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day, it helps keep you from overeating throughout the rest of the day.

I eat 1 egg scrammbled and some fruit. I also drink a tall glass of milk. This helps keep you full throughout the day.

My favorite is Eggs Benedict, but Fried Eggs and Bacon with toast and hash browns are yummy too. Unfortunately I am now old and getting fat, with high cholesterol, so I usually eat a big bowl of oat bran cereal with flaxseed and wheat germ added.

Herbalife shake made with cookies and cream shake mix and choclate soy milk, 2000 calories worth of nutrition but only 200 calories and 30 grams of protien, fast and yummy.

Oatmeal for breakfast, with milk or coffee creamer, because it is good for you. I like waffles, but no health benefits, and more fat than needed
