Does anyone know of the main angels in Heaven and what are their purpose? Please help me.

Michael is an arc angel, and is a waring angel. Gabriel is of similar rank, but a messenger. Lucifer is the fallen angel, he was one of the highest ranks. There are cherubim and serrifen (sp?). There are also the 4 creatures around the throne that praise God. (see Revelation).

Well they're just divine civil servents, thus they work 8 hours a day to fill in divine forms ...

St Laurent is mainly commander of the divine army
St Gabriel is responsible for the telecommunications and new technologies
St Raphael is allocated to the culture and arts
St Nicolas takes care of education, youth and sports
St Peter is working at the Law office ... etc.

Jesus is responsible for christian implementation and translation of God's will, Muhammad for muslim implementation and translation and Moses for judaic implementation and translation

Lucifer is the syndicalist who puts angels on strike when things are not right.

i do not know and really do not believe in this sort of thing but i was told their purpose is to watch over us no matter what we do. they are to guide us in the right direction
