If i'm driving down the road and I see someone who has gotten into an accident and I don't stop to offer assistance can I be pulled over?

No, you cannot be arrested. the good Samaritan law protects you if you do inadvertent harm while trying to help- they can't sue you if you do CPR on them or something.

However, just because it's legal does not mean you should. I would try to help them.

The Good Samaritan Law does not protect you if you DON'T stop and help. It protects you from being sued FOR helping-but you are only protected for acts that you have been trained to administer. Don't do open heart surgery if you're only trained to do CPR.
I'm not sure about N.C., but in Texas, if you drive up on an accident, you are required to stop. If not, you can be cited for Failure to Stop and Render Aid.

No you can't be pulled over, but you can be a good citizen and dial 911 for them to get some assistance.

It doesn't if its illegal or not. If it was you in that stituation you would want somebody to help you
