I believe in my gods because I feel their presence. I can hear their voices in the wind and thunder, and feel their touch in the wind and rain. I believe in them because I have asked for a sign of their presence and received it. I believe because I would much rather think that there is some order to things than just random chance.

Historic references that show the worship of GOD came from Palestine. We have Science that shows that the Universe had once had a beginning. As Einstein said if the Universe began in a big bang where did all that energy come from? Meaning that the Universe has a creator.
The world around us is filled with examples of everything having a beginning and a creator. Children came from parents who themselves came from parents.
Large building do not evolve from steal and concrete, they are made (or created) from mans labor and intelligence given to us from our creator.

The very essence of my being, not only believes in God, but KNOWS He exists. I pray to Him, without want, just to talk, just to say thank you for another lovely day, just to say hi, in case He gets lonely. Seek and ye shall find, sister.:o]
When u were young right, and your parents told u something (ie Santa, tooth fairy, etc.) you just believed right? The faith has never left me, thank you Lord. May God bless you on your spiritual journey, you seem at a crossroad so to speak.
God bless :o]

Its comfortable and I have a hard time going through life believing in nothing. I think everyone needs something to believe in. It's good for the soul in more ways than one.

Observing the order in the universe, and the creative advance from a chaos of momentary energy events after the Big Bang to sentient life on earth, and my intuition of the validity of moral norms.

Life. and even geological processes, the seeming infinite nature of the universe. I don't think God is limited to Earth. (contrary to some people that view the creation story as earth being 6000 years old).
I am one that views that the soul is infinite. And that we are part of the infinite because of this.

The things that I have witnessed and felt have made me believe in God. Certain times in my life when I could have - should have died and didn't. Signs that I have received and stuff that I have been through.

Everything that I have in my life, I believe He has given. Apart from this, also happiness to make me appreciate Him and my loved ones more, sadness and pain to make me a better person.

What makes me believe in him is whenever I pray, he helps me out, if I'm in a bad place he comforts me, God is real.

Everytime i wake up in the morning! to see the sun shining in, to hear my hubby say good morning to me, and our 3 year old running in and starts to jump on our bed! To drive around and see the trees, sky, and white puffy clouds. To feel the raindrops on my skin-especially when it's hot outside. To feel the wind lightly blow across my face. To see the white snowflakes falling from the sky onto the ground, like a big white blanket. To talk to my friends and hear them laugh. To see the tiny babies in the stores, fast asleep. To see the night sky and the big bright moon. To go to church and see people who also love God just as much as i do. To say good-night to my hubby and son, and to hear them say it back.To read the Bible and be inspired.
