Get some virus protection,and a Firewall!You can get some pretty good Virus software free on the Internet, install the YAHOO ANTI-SPY,It really does work,no kidding!!Be sure to run it right after you watch Porn(the stuff red blooded American males,live for-come on give us a break),REMEMBER,you can always get lucky with yourself,it is the people who don't watch Porn that are weird,(there is more of us than them,remember that)But,that's just me talking again......

Use Zone Alarm Security Suite. Is contains everything you need:
- Antivirus
- Antispyware
- Firewall
- Mail Filter
- IM (Instant Messaging, such as MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, ... etc) Security.
And some more security tools.

Install a standard antivirus and anti spyware. I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...! Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at
