well i have not heard of a color called crystal blue nut but i do know if they are yellow that could be jaundice so you need to get your liver checked out by a Doc. Other then that it has to do with your skin tones more then anything else......

I think it sort of depends on your eyebrows. If you have dark eyebrows, don't go to light with your hair. If you have light eyebrows, don't go to dark with your hair. A brown would be best though, it would bring out your eyes.

Depends on your skin tone and your eyebrows b/c you want it to look natural. Why do you think you need to dye it? What's wrong with the natural color?
