My fiancee is 16 and I am 18. I say go for it, but also talk to your parents to make sure they are ok, because you dont want your parents to be really pissed off at you.

Sometimes when we are young and date 'older' guys we then look back to that moment from our past ( as i have thought),- and think: why did he try date me? he knew i was soo much younger than him, what a cradle snatcher....well that's what i thought when i had a crush on an 18 year old that was in grade 12 and i was in grade 9 and he completely took advantage of the fact that he knew i liked him and well i dont want to say this but it's part of life and he blatantly used me for you know what. Anyway, maybe love can prevail but just be careful of users - i dont want to upset your feelings to toward him cos it can be the best feeling being so love struck by some man. But somewhere your instinct can tell you if he may just want to take advantage of you..in saying this all you might only learn from your mistakes and curiousity will get the better of you .. hmmm but then again when i was 16 i had a boyfriend that was 18 and we lasted past my 18 so it didnt seem so bad...that's why i say love prevails and that's when age isnt an issue... just be careful cos he knows you are younger but just be aware of his intentions if he does ask you out and if you do ask him out then he may see that you are lovestruck!! i just hope he is a decent guy - just try be smart about it too and take a moment to put the "love struck" part aside and suss out if he is good guy and not preying on "young" meat. sorry to put it that way-- are you "lovestruck" just cos of his looks? anyway whatever you do is life experience and you can learn from it but of course be "street smart" ok?...good luck!!! :)

Yea I had that same problem with a 12th grader. What I did was I just keep flirting with him like everything was cool. But I let 2 of my closet friends go to him and throw hint you know and ask a couple of questions, and eventually he came to me in the gym and asked for my number, and we been cool ever since, So go for it GOOD LUCK

Im in a weird position like that. Im a 20 year and I can feel myself falling head over heels for this boy who just turned 17. So you just need to go with your heart. Just ask him whats it gonna hurt? If he says no at least you know and you can spare anymore feelings. But he could very well say yes he like you. So just ask him.....

That would put you both into different age categories of legal relations. Don't do it - he could end up in prison as someone soap picker-upper. You wouldn't want that on your conscience would you?

ok try and find out if he is goin out with another girl. if he isn't then go for it, but if he is then don't, save yourself the trouble. I have had been rejected a lot of times and it is not pretty, so try and find about his personal life and then use your girl charm (every girl has it, you just have to find out how to use it)

Well..... It sounds like he might like you, and you obviously like him. The age difference is a little iffy but i think it might work. Ask him if he likes you the way you like him. Talking is the easiest way to find out!!!
GOOD LUCK!!<33
