While going on the job interview I have come across an interesting thing. People at higher levels in companies or human resources use applicants as their own personal dating pool. Is this right, whatcha think?

No, it's not right! On an interview, you need to be convincing of your qualifications and stick to the subject of employment, be professional. Should the person interviewing you get away from why you are actually there, then you need to be polite, but firm in your purpose. If you are being sexually harrassed, then you shouldn't want a job there! Thanks, but no thanks would be my answer!

How bad do you need a job? JK. I think that it is really twisted and if it is blatant, it is illegal and you can sue for recourse.
