Do this at your own home. Play some soothing jazz in the background. Any rooms you intend to go in, light with candles enough so that you can see. Cook him dinner and dress like you are going to a fancy restaurant. Sit by each other and don't talk much, just look into each others eyes and think about what you want to do to them. Maybe whisper some of it to the other. If you have a hot tub, go there next, let the kissing begin there. If you don't than make a bubble bath and drop your robe in front of him, climb in and beckon him to come. Then dry off (or maybe not might be even hotter) and foreplay begins on the bed before finally...

Well I'm thinking that you're referring to romantic and hot in bed. Here's a couple of things you can try since I figure some you might like and some you might.
If food is your thing, you can always go for the strawberries and whip cream bit but add some chocolate syrup to the mix. (I wouldn't put the syrup on your crotch, it's not very sanitary and it gets sticky)
Or, you can get some bed spread restraints and tie up your man and go crazy on him. I think you can use your imagination on this one. I would suggest some teasing! :)
If all else fails, dress up in a really sexy number and tell him that you're his slave in his command.
