I don't want to scare you but they can be symptom of an ovary problem. Or depending on the time of month you could be having some PMS. Either way you should get to a doctor and have it looked at immediately. Those are two symtoms of ovarian cancer, as well as bloating. Please have it checked, hopefully it's just Pre Menustrual Symptoms, but always better to be safe than sorry. All the best to you.

gas pains must be excruciating like that. Having discomfort like that ought to disillusioned your abdomen and reason you to vomit. you should only have a youthful abdomen computer virus. If the discomfort keeps over the subsequent day or so or will become more advantageous severe than i ought to call your clinical specialist's place of work and tell them about it. somewhat when you're nonetheless vomiting after a pair days. likely this is going to easily bypass away with techniques from itself.

a good thing to ease back pain is when you lie down in bed to go to sleep or on the couch or watever, put a folded up pillow behind your knees. this forces your posture to straighten up and eases pain whilst you get relaxed. this worked for me, a friend told me about this, his physiotherapist told him to do it. it works though! Tummy pains could be something else though, if it's both pains at the same time it could be trapped wind or digestion problems.
Good luck getting it sorted and i hope the pain subsides soon!
