First of all it would be helpful if you know why you have this swelling. I have had it because of medication I was taking and more recently because of a gall blatter condition. So seeing a doctor would be a good idea.
I also wear support socks for men. They force the blood back upwards from the feet.
Get mine at Rite Aid Drug Store. I also sleep with my feet and legs raised

it depends on what is causing the swelling...water retention can cause swelling and drinking more water helps and staying off ur feet, injuries can cause swelling...ice usually works for that but if its somehting more complex, then u should go to a doctor, it could be a factor of medical reasons. then they have special tests to see if u have a blockage in ur leg causing the swelling in ur foot and or legs...it'll be okay!

Elevate your leg (s)....and get some good support hose for men...find out if it is from an injury, and if you can possibly stand it, ice packs every twenty minutes for the swelling...also, something like motrin for the swelling...God bless

Keep your foot at higher level than your heart whenever possible. And daily walking instead of sitting at one place, Keep the legs in horizontal position while sitting.
