Pushups and dips are good body weight exercises that work your triceps and chest. You can also make your weights. A milk jug with sand would work great. You can then do overhead extensions with it.

The chair tricep press is really good and just as good as working with a weight because you are pressing your own weight. Sit on a sturdy hard chair, like a office chair, put your hands on the sides close to the front of the chair. Lift yourself off the chair and lower yourself with your arms behind you and do repetitions and lowering your butt down about a foot and pushing back up. You will feel this in your triceps and it is one of the most effective non weight exercises. You can find more on websites devoted to non weight exercises. Good luck.
