Theres an exercise you can do. It's from 'Callanetics' You stretch both arms out to the side then turn your palms anti-clockwise until they're facing up. Then, keeping your arms at shoulder height and straight, bring them back behind your body and try to get your thumbs to meet. Gently move your thumbs back and forward toward each other about 100 times. Do this once a day.
This hurts like hell at first but you'll soon see an improvement in the muscle tone and accompanying weight loss.

Reading this I just have to share something because I spent many many years jumping from diet to diet without experiencing any real results until I saw Pams magic plan (just google it). It is without a doubt the most weight loss that I have ever had and I am still trim to this day.
