600 for a truck that old is a blessing. Take it and run. There is no way on the planet a truck that old would get 2345.00 without major restoration.

The truck books for 2345 with rust on it? Please!
This vehicle is 18 years old, and I would never in my worst mental state pay that much money for a vehicle that was new when I graduated high school! You might be able to get a hundred dollars or more negotiating but you will not be more in court because the insurance company will be able to back up their offer with documentation of the value.

You really think your vehicles worth that much? sorry but, not even close.
Insurance companies total vehicles daily- im sure they are giving you the actual cash value of your vehicle. Plus- they have to take off money for prior damage (such as rust) which could lead to a lower value.
You can attempt to "sue" anybody- but you are going to get laughed out of the court- and good luck finding an attorney to work for an 88 s10

NO. You made a declare so what grants the fantastic to think of that they shouldn't eliminate your NO CLAIMS BONUS? it gets taken care of out in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it takes time, are there any witnesses? 4 Months isn't a protracted time to get a declare taken care of out. some can take years. If the declare is agreed on your favour you will get your no claims bonus lower back. by employing the way, do you have an extra on your coverage, on the grounds which you will no longer get that lower back except the different events coverage admit fault.
