the wrong time when you met someone that you really like but were just out of a long term relationship and wanted to have some fun before getting into another one and your not over the person you finished with, not that you don't like the person you met but you just can't handle a relationship at the moment.

I am going through the exact same thing at the moment, My ex was about 8 mnths out of a relationship of 9 yrs and 3 kids wen we got 2gether. We were never so happy but realisticially no matter hw much he said I luv u etc there was still the fact that he wasn't completly over his last relationship. I didn't want us to end but there was just 2 much going on. B honest, n say exactly that. In the long run you will b glad you were completly honest.

yeh i've been in the same situation before now. just explain to this person "look, i really do like you but i've just come out of a long term relationship and i'm not looking for anything serious just yet, but maybe in the near future" hopefully this person will understand and be completely happy that you were honest with them.

Good luck chuck x

Yeagh i experienced that. Only 3 weeks after cutting it off with the ex i met my current bf. Bad timing i guess. But i talked to my bf about it that i still had feelings for the ex and he told me he understood and said i could cry to him about it. Which i thought was unreal. He was very supportive. I guess realistically everyone needs time to be single afte a break up. But if u think the person is worth it go for it.

Yep, and what could have been with her is a thought that has haunted me since.

But as they say, suck it in or f**k it off
