Most nausea comes from mild viral illnesses but can also be symptoms of a variety of illnesses and can be caused by overeating or drinking too much alcohol. Or because of stress, certain medications, eating spoiled food or foods to which you are allergic. It is important to stay hydrated. Try steady, small amounts of clear liquids, such as electrolyte solutions. Other clear liquids, such as water, ginger ale, coke syrup, fruit juices also work. Getting a breath of fresh air or getting away from whatever is causing the nausea can solve the problem. Eating olives or crackers or sucking on a lemon can calm the stomach by absorbing acid and excess fluid. Hope it goes away.

You feel nauseous because you haven't eaten. You need to eat something to keep your immune system up.

If u haven't eaten all day, ur blood sugar could be low. U don't have to be diabetic for ur sugar to drop, and nausea would be a symptom. Or u could have a stomach virus.
