You can use mine.
2 qt -water
5 c Sugar
6 tb Instant coffee
2 vanilla beans (or 2T vanilla extract)
1 Ltr Vodka
Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer VERY slowly for 3 hours. Mixture will be very thick and dark. Cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Makes 2 Litres
If you like you can use brandy or PGA (pure grain alcohol)
If you want use a higher proof vodak or liquor.
The longer you age this the better it is.

KAHLUA: (makes 1/2 gallon)
1 quart vodka
1 oz. instant coffee (KAVA)
4 cups bar sugar (super fine)
1 vanilla bean
distilled water
Add instant coffee to 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. While water is still hot, add 4 cups sugar and stir until dissolved. When mixture is cool, add 1 quart vodka and stir. Pour mixture into 1/2 gallon container. Add cool water (recommend boiled or distilled water) to bring level to 1/2 gallon. Add vanilla bean. Cap and let stand for 2 weeks.
Use Kava: less acid, and a good brand of Vodka...
