Why are you condemning them instead of helping them out of their disease?

here's is the extremely sad fact that no one here has mentioned yet.... Most(if not all) child molesters were molested as children. So those victims aren't victims because of the perp. Rather they are victims because you failed to help the perp recover in the first place.

That doesn't excuse their actions. But even more so, it doesn't excuse your inaction either.

contrarily that people above me said, I do believe it's a disease. But that still doesn't mean that I want them roaming around in society, they need to be locked up, in prison or a mental institution forever, coz apparently it's not curable.

If most child molesters were once molested themselves, then they know the hell they have just put their victim through. That makes it an even worse atrocity because they did know better and didn't care. Lock them all away still works because then the "disease" can't spread.

it's not that I "condemn" them, I just would rather them be locked away forever and never to return to society. if they "find Jesus" or whatever, good for them, let them go to heaven, but for the life of me, I will go to Hell and have my flesh be burned off over and over again for all Eternity then let an "ex" child molester anywhere near me or my family.






I was molested as a child! I will not bring that suffering upon another child! I know what it felt like to have to endure such disgust and indignity.

They DO NOT have a disease! They make a concious CHOICE to carry out unspeakable abuse on innocent children. It is a complete cop out for them to defend themselves by saying they themselves were once the victims of abuse. Why would they want to inflict the same pain on others if this were the case? They need to help themselves and seek treatment for their 'disease' IMMEDIATLY when early symptoms arise. Well before any actual abuse takes place. These perversities must be fantisised about before being inflicted upon the innocent and it's at this point help should be sortbythe offender. 97% of convicted child sex offenders re-offend. Sounds like a choice to me! Child sex offenders need to start taking responsibility for their actions and thier own rehabilitation.

Child molestation or "pedophilia" is not a disease. there isn't a "cure". It's not like the flu or chicken pox.

Pedophilia is a mental condition which requires monitoring and control. The pedophile finds child molestation interesting and possibly arousing, there is no cure, just like there is no cure for why you like a certain food/color/whatever that interests you.

The pedophile would need isolated from children to prevent the chance to do it again.

First, the so called mass murderer isn't glorified in civilized society. 2d ,the youngster molester is a real perversion of the dazzling and purely regulations that we are residing by using. Justice is conserving people who can't take care of themselves. it may well be complicated in a Judeo-Christian based criminal equipment to return up with a greater terrible crime than the attack of our babies. As for penitentiary, your occasion does not stick to good judgment. Felons do not make the regulations of a society that we'd prefer to stay in. homicide possibly greater suited there, yet i don't have confidence it has a concerning civilization as an entire. ethical regulation is consistent with ethical habit, as such, neither crime may well be greater suited to the sufferer.

I have watched on news programs that 90% MOLEST AGAIN, to high of a number to risk children.by wasting our tax dollars for some cure that does not exist rather use my money to lock them up away from our children

Alcholics and drug addicts can get over their disease
why can't they?
With Molesters they already crossed the line of ethical and lawful behavior.
With alcholics and drug addict no one cares till they cross the line. Thats why they can continue what they do but molesters can't because the line has been crossed.

I think the Justice System does a good enough job of letting them run free. Judges sit on thier thrones for life, and can not be dethroned. I think more than half the Judges are perverts themselves, the way they treat sexual crimes as nothing.
