It's not something that I see, it's what I sense in people. Religion and spirituality are definitely two different things, (in my opinion). A person can go through the motions of religion, and not have a clue about spirituality, and a person can be very spiritual and not have the slightest religious background. Spirituality is the deep feeling that says 'yes, there is more to me than this body.' It's like an aura surounding a person. There have been a very few people I've met in my life who seem so cold and empty that I wanted to turn and run the other way. This is a very hard thing to explain.

Spirituality is the beautiful, shining essence of the soul. It is God made manifest in all His goodness. Spirituality is very simple, it is not reserved for the clergy or saints. Your everyday actons will determine your level of spirit. Simply by actively helping people you gain in spirit. Loving someone, caring for the sick, tending children are all great acts of the spirit.

Their Energy or Aura, their interactions with other people. their mannerisms. and I don't judge them as spiritual or not, I just see certain people acting in a kind, and giving manner, and that's enough for me. one who gives of them self is good by me, even if they have no spiritual beliefs.

The spirituality in people could be seen with their
*strong reference to God
*the fear of the external power
*the faith that He will help one day even during bad fortunes
*the ultra disciplined life,
*the timely prayers thanking god for good fortunes
**and more in all, the respect for other's faith and belief

Helping others instead of helping oneself, Asking God to lead to the path of righteousness. But overall I try not to judge others but let God judge them.
