okay, so my best friend is my schools exchange student, and she went back to germany last summer. and since she left i'd been hanging out with her boyfriend, (he's also my friend) and once when we were hanging out he kissed me. he told me to keep it a secret, but i had to tell her cause i felt pretty horrible. he broke up with her before school started and him and myself haven't talked for a few months. Then last week he randomly texted me and asked if i'd go to his school dance with him, as friends, cause he didn't have a date. i would have said yes but i had to work so i couldn't go. But i've had feelings for him for quite a while and my friend said that she's over him. so i was thinking about asking him to go to prom with me if i can't find anyone else. (he asked me last summer if i'd go with him and i said yes) because i know how i feel about him, but i don't know if he cares about me. he's not the type of guy that shows his emotions too readily. what should i do?

well first and foremost find out wat ur friend is going to do she is the more important one...secondly if she approves then go ahead ask him or u knoe wat bring it up be like hey we're still going to prom together right becuz i need to tell u the color of my dress...and all that stuff and u knoe get him involved like go shopping together for a tux and dress this way u guys spend more time together and if ne thing happens during this time u will be able to tell if he likes u or not go0d luck gurl
