Ive been doing that stupid gazelle thing for an hour a day. I work in a kitchen. Ive been eating no bad fats and fryed foods, lotz of Veg and fruit, fiber and protein. Power bars reallys. example yesturday I had 2 power bars and a salad and worked out for an hour. and gained half a pound. almost the same with the day before I ate 2 power bars which btw only have 250 cal's and 2 cups of whole wheat pasta worked out for an hour and gained half a pound.

depends on the kind of exercising that u r doing.
if you do around 250(5x50) sit-ups then it'll take you around 4 months till you have 'good' abs(perfect abs would take longer).
u won't gain much muscle by just exercising 1 month, u'll have to do it at least for a few months then your body will start showing itself.... dont have any rush.

depends. some ppl gain muscle faster than others. u can look at genetics to decide that (if parents gain muscle fast then u prob will too) if its muscle u want to gain go with high weights and low reps (like 3 sets of 10 reps) if you want to tone without getting bulky muscle do low weight and high reps (about 3 set of 15+). toning is gaining muscle its just not bulky

Unfortunately that would be difficult to answer without more information. What exercise are you doing? What's your diet like? If you post your current program it would be easier to assess.
