It seems to me that he likes you and when he says" I'm just flirting with you " he may be waiting for a response of some kind to see if your feelings are mutual. If they are then ask him if he is flirting with you because he likes you or not. If so then go out to dinner or for coffee. Just be careful because he just broke up with a long term relationship that didn't work out so he may not want another long term relationship or he may. If you are looking for one then just be careful not to get hurt but, if your just looking for fun or a friend then go for it and have a good time. Good luck to you.

flirting isn't always caz he likes you, guys like to play around like that. go along with it...who knows maybe it will lead to something later. I doubt he may want to hook up right away caz of his long term relationship but you never know
