Potty Training a Litter?

My dog just had four puppies on Thanksgiving day. I'm sure once their eyes open and they are able to run around, I'm going to start having problems with them using the bathroom since they are so small. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to potty train a litter or keep the mess down to a minimum until they are potty trained?

The best thing that I can recommend it to confine them to an area where they can do as little damage as possible. When they start to walk around put puppy pads into the confined area. Don't do it to soon because they will become accustomed to the smell of the pad and not associate it with training. Their Momma will teach them her potty habits as well. My pups were following their momma to the door by the time they where 4/5 wks old.
