This is different but quite tasty...

Oatmeal Pie

2 eggs
1 Cup Sugar (8 ounces or 227 grams)
3/4 cup brown sugar (6 ounces or 170 grams)
1/2 cup milk (118.5 mL)
1/2 cup coconut (4 ounces or 113.5 grams)
3/4 cup oatmeal 6 ounces or 170 grams)
1/2 cup melted butter (118.5 mL)
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell (22 or 23 cm)

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees (177 degrees celsius)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
If needed, sheild the crust's edge to prevent overbrowning.
Bake for 60 minutes. If you shielded the crust's edge,
take off the shield the last 10 minutes so the edge may brown.

Tastes suprisingly like pecan pie.
One could throw a handful of pecans or other nuts on top

Vegetable Pie

Ingredients

1 medium potato
1 carrot
cabbage
1 onion
broccoli
vegetable stock
olive oil
vegan puff or short pastry
soya milk
salt
pepper

Peel, chop and fry the onion in a little oil until soft. Peel and chop the carrot and then add to the onions. Peel and chop the potato and add to the mixture. Chop some broccoli and cabbage and add. Fry all the vegetables until they start to colour. Pour over enough vegetable stock to cover the vegetables and boil for 20 minutes. While the vegetables are boiling roll out the pastry.

When the vegetables have finished pour them and the stock into an ovenproof dish and cover with the pastry. Brush the top of the pastry with soya milk. Bake in a moderate oven until the pastry is cooked through and browned on top.

They all have to be homemade of course but here goes: apple pie with vanilla ice cream, chocolate pecan pie, pumpkin pie (secret recipe) chocolate cream pie from scratch. I think I might make one now getting hungry thinking about it.

Apple pie!!! I sometimes buy a pack of Mr Kipling's Bramley apple pies and scoff the lot!

Where I come from I am known as a "pie" - i.e. someone who stuffs their face on a regular basis hehehe

mmmmm piiiieeeee.
I'm nondiscriminatory against pie. I love sweet and savory.
I'd eat a whole chicken pie right now. Or steak. mmmm
I'd have to say though that my favorite sweet pie is lemon meringue...or chocolate meringue. Or chocolate chip pecan. mmmmm now I want pie.
