Because in they have been trained by the media and entertainment industry that if something bad is going to happen to you, it will be cold, wet, dark and in a deserted area.

because its not safe,when ever you meet some one for the ist time you always arrange a safe place like a pub,resturant some where thats lit up and plenty of people around.no woman in this stone of age would meet up in a cold dark car park.

coz such a location might not be safe for them, they might be molested or even raped. Dude in all aspects such a location is not safe for a woman unless they know the guy in person and has similar taste.
