I tried stacker 2, back when it had ephedra. Everything you hear about this drug is true. It makes you lose weight really fast, you feel energized throughout the day, you don't feel like being NEAR food, and yes, it went illegal. The ban on this drug was lifted I believe at the beginning of 2006, so now you can get it but only with a prescription. It isn't hard to convince a dietitian to prescribe it for you if you have the right insurance. If only it didn't have the side effects: rapid heartbeat, nervousness, insomnia, bad breath, heart burn, and since you break down a lot of fat in nervous energy, you sweat a lot, and your sweat STINKS. Stacker 3, on the other hand, doesn't contain ephedra, so it is just as good or bad as any other diet pill (with taurine, guarana, caffeine, etc), good luck with whatever it is you try.

All of these supplements can be an aid in losing pounds as long as you use them responsibly as part of a complete weightloss plan.
How I would proceed:
Try stacker 3 before exercise, preferrably in the morning (which would be considered a long fasting period); If you can't manage the morning exercise and prefer afternoon exercise instead, then try to not eat too much in the meal preceeding your visit to the gym. The theory behind this is that after a fast your body is likely more susceptable to liberating energy from fat reserves, and the stacker 3 will also aid this effect.
Part 2: limit excess carbs, and the carbs you eat should be preferrably vegetables. Remember that you can eat a ton of greens and still lose weight, as long as you don't put too much butter, oil, or dressing on them. They are loaded with vitamins, fiber, and water. Eat protein with every meal, if you up your exercise program you will need it--muscle burns fat and muscle is protein.
Limit soda, juice, and any calorie filled drink. Try not to drink too much diet softdrinks, either. The aspertame can make you hungrier, and give you headaches if you are susceptable. Water or black coffee is preferrable.
On exercise: Don't limit yourself to cardio only. I can tell you that the most impressive physiques in the gym are those that focuse on resistance training. If you are a woman and are afraid of "bulking up" don't be. The bulk is usually the fat. If you proceed with your workout at a fast pace with little rest between "sets" you can get cardio as well. Consider it a "double whammy" ;) Muscle is tight and defines your shape.
lastly, don't be afraid to schedule a treat period at least once a week where you eat something you really like. Just don't let this be a slippery slope.
Good luck, if you follow these rules you can not only lose the weight but keep it off, too.

Nope haven't tried it. Have you tried adding more fiber and fruit and veggies to your diet? Do you drink plenty of water? Also changing your current exercise routine may help. Your body gets used to the same routine and can leave you stuck at the same weight. Increase reps or try a brand new type of workout. Goodluck!
