The email failure notice, because you take all the time to write the email and then it comes back undelivered.

FAILURE DELIVERY BECAUSE THEN YOU MAY NOT KNOW HOW TO GET A HOLD OF THAT PERSON ANYMORE AND AS FOR THE WEB SITE BEING SHUT DOWN, YOU CAN ALWAYS DO A DIFFERENT SEARCH

Failure Delivery is worse because e-mails are 1 of a kind and a website you can just get back onto again

Well. It differs according to situations.

If the e-mail you are sending is urgent then, possible its worse or if you are just sending an e-mail without any importance then, its nothing.

The same thing happens to the website as well.
