What do you mean....the last 'think?" Do you mean 'thing'?. And what do you mean leaving him forever? Are you dying? Or just breaking up with him? If you mean sexually....I'd say give him a ********....If you mean vengance wise...I'd say smile and do nothing. You're not being very specific here.
