last year i told him how i really felt after he blew me off i tried to lose all feelings i had for him but they just wont go away he does one thing and say another confusing me i went to his house O MY GOD his room i was like damn his closet looked k=like a woman closet so neat he acts like a metro but what am i to believe

Study what he does. Don't stalk him but every time you see him look at what kind of things he does. How he carries his books what he wears lookat how many friends he has that are girls and boys look at how he walks and how he talks. If they're feminine ways he's gay.
Or if that fails ask him i am afraid to say and if he says no then ask him out. You can always talk to Coolbeans.

Lot's of "straight" men have tidy closets. You cannot tell if a man is gay because he's tidy, is well groomed,etc.
You said he's blown you off in the past so forget about him. Move on.
