Make a sandwich with that toast...try putting tuna salad on it...or a slice of lunch-meat and swiss cheese.
Try cream cheese and peanut-butter with raisins instead of jelly.
My family love ramen noodles.
Mac and cheese.
Any leftover meat in the house...make a sauce and serve over pasta.
Let your imagination be free! Enjoy your day off my friend!

let&tom-30 or so
w/ a cup of the better type of homestyle ready serve tomato soup-1 can 220 cals

I start microwaving the soup and toasting the bread then get out my ingredients it doesn't take long and is healthy, tasty, and satisfying.

Falafels in Pitta Bread
Ingredients
1 tin chick peas
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
olive oil
pitta bread
lettuce
houmous
lemon
Drain and blend the chick peas until smooth.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in some olive oil until see through and mix into the chick peas with the coriander and cumin. The mixture needs to be firm enough to roll into balls so it may be necessary to add some oil.
Roll into balls and put on a oven tray. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown (turning over during cooking).
Slice the pitta breads in half and pop some shredded lettuce in the bottom.
Once the falafels are cooked place on top and put a spoonful on houmous on the top. Is nice served with lemon wedges.

Prepare a crepe (mix flour, egg, milk; make very thin pancakes)
and stuff the crepe with sauteed vegetables or mushrooms, ham or whatever you find. sprinkle grated cheese on top and put it in the microwave for a minute so the cheese melts.
Serve with a green salat and some sour cream dip.
