OK, I know this will sound CRAZY, however, it does work. You can use a hemmeroid cream under your eyes to "depuff" them. It is made from shark oil and really does do the trick. Try ones like Preperation H.
I modeled professionally for many years. Often, the photo shoots were in the early morning, so we had to do whatever we could, to look fresh faced. Anyway, when you use it, just avoid getting it into your eyes. Many celebrities also swear by it.
You should also not eat hours before you go to bed, especially carbs. The food does not digest well, and does contribute to bloating. Stay away from soups, and processed food that have tons of salt too!
Lastly, splash the coldest water you can on your face in the morning and that does help too. You could aslo use frozen bags of vegetables to hold on parts of your face to take away the puffiness, if you don't already own a freezable face mask.
It all may sound completely goofy, but it does work!
Good luck!

try cutting your sodium in take. puffiness is result of water retention, and I know it seems counter-active but make sure your getting your eight glasses a day..the more water you have to pass through you the less your body will hold onto..in areas like your face! And be patient..face puffiness will go down...splash your face with cold water and wait an hour or so before you go out.

Put a spoon in the freezer over night and in the morning place the spoon under your eyes to reduce bags. x

Drink water.Stay away from salt.Salt makes you "puff up" .Avoid drinking soda,it is loaded with the stuff. The more water you drink, the less water your body retains.Sounds crazy but it works.
And yes,if it is bad under your eyes, try the roid cream or gel.It stinks but it works.Good luck.

Why not consult a doctor. Maybe you have water retention and needs to be attended to.

T'is called "pillow face".
Try sleeping on your back. You can also buy special pillows that help prevent it from happening.
