Are you asking about new cars? If not, you could probably buy something that is still running for under $1,000.
For new cars, Kia Sephia and Chevy Aveo have the lowest sticker prices. Look for clearance sales of leftover 2006's in January of 2007. You might find one for under $10,000, and nicely equipped.

an 80'S dodge K car lol there cheap and the state uses them. the taxi cars mail man cars they go for about 100.00 to 1000.00 lol CHEAP!
