Does coffee actually stunt your growth or is that just a myth?

The caffeine is an appetite suppressent. Not eating properly due to not being hungry because you're stoked on caffeine is the stunter. Also, caffeine does block calcium uptake in your body, and so, your bones aren't getting as strong and growing as much as they should.

Maybe that's why I never grew up more than 5'3". Of course, it may have something to do with the fact that my mom is 5'1" and my dad 5'5", but oh well, I still love my cup of java.
And it does not mess up your teeth, if you brush at least 3 times a day, use mouth wash, and have your teeth cleaned at the dentist once a year.
