yes man can have a sexual afair before marriage provided one gets married to the person whom he loves so much and she has accepted your sexual affair before marriage.

Yes they can hve but then they hve no right to blame their wifes if they r not virgin. So in my opinion neither man nor woman should hve these affairs b4 marriage becoz it shows that ur cheater and not trustworthy. So how can ur life partner can spend whole life with u??......

Only if you can understand the opposite sex's understanding of 'sex'. It's not generally advisable to "Do It" b4 marriage. But if you could take a solemn oath that this will be your girl whom you will have sex and also will be your partner forever. It;s nowadays considered as a fashion to be flirty but traditions are still sticking at Southern India mainly at Tamil Nadu....

Of course he can,but there will be a consequences and he need to be ready to face it,why cant he just wait for the marriage anyway?after that he can enjoy sex without the guilt feeling.

It isn't illegal, though society and religion proscribes it. Have it if you really want to. Not because some other guy had it. Its never too bad to open your innings on your wedding night and is well worth the wait.
