For my mom's birthday, my brother and I went and got our pictures taken together professionally. When she opened her gift she cried, she liked it so much. I would take her to her favorite restaurant. (make sure you pay)

You could treat your mom to a day at the spa. Doesn't have to be overly expensive....manicure,pedicure, maybe a facial or massage. If you have any brothers or sisters, you could all get together and take her to dinner after her day of pampering. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, you could prepare her dinner and baker her a cake. Invite over a couple of friends or family or both. Have fun!!!!!

well you could clean the house for her, wait on her all day, bring her a glass of tea, cook dinner for her, show her some appreciation for the day, that would be the best birthday, make her a cake!
