i am going to attempt to download some music,but i am a bit apprehensive,i need some advice on safe sites and how to download.please help!!!

http://www.limewire.com/ is the most used free file sharing site. make sure you have anti virus running before swapping any files. the free edition of avg available from http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/ does a good job. once you have installed limewire do a search for limewire pro. then install this and delete the original. pro is faster.

Ok there is the legal way to go about it and you won't find much as you have to pay but there is always independant artists that don't mind and offer them on their sites like Audiostreet and Garageband.
Then there is the illegal way to go about it and that is to download a program like Limewire and download copyright songs till your heart's content. :)

you can either down load lime wire or bear share
once you have done this just follow the on screan instuctions
most music and films are converted automatically into your pc
a little warning if you use lime wire don't down load anything with more than 1 number against the stars and these are normally ardware
