Australia's highest cleric Sheik Taj al-Din al-Hilali, his claim that immodestly dressed women attract rapes and the fault lies squarely with the women themselves., he said, "If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it...whose fault is it, the cats or the uncovered meat? The uncovered meat is the problem." He added,He added women were "weapons" used by "Satan" to control men. "It is said in the state of zina (adultery), the responsibility falls 90 per cent of the time on the woman.

In some parts of Pakistan, sexual assault – including gang rape – is officially sanctified as a legitimate form of enforcing the social value system.
One village council recently ordered that five young girls should be “abducted, raped or murdered” for refusing to be treated as chattel. The girls were aged between six and thirteen when they were married without their knowledge, to pay a family debt.
And when Mukhtar Mai’s 12-year-old brother was alleged to have committed an offence in a small Pakistani farming village, the village council ordered that his sister be gang-raped. So, she was taken to a hut where four men repeatedly assaulted her.
According to the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan there were 804 cases of such officially orchestrated sexual assault in 2000, and 434 of these were gang rapes. And if that isn’t bad enough, the victims of these atrocities are then expected to commit suicide because rape victims bring irreparable shame upon their family.
If what Mr Blair has spelt out today is correct these guys should be deported right away.
If members of the Muslim community are found to be hiding him those people are guilty of 'aiding and abetting'.

Yes, he should be deported if he breaks the laws of a country he's living in, but remember that all religions have extreme fringes which seem a bit crackers to a moderate liberal like me. Islam is a massive religion with a huge amount of high-level debate about its meaning - just like christianity or judaism. I know that the majority of moslems would be appalled by his views - as would the powerful and impressive Islamic women's movements in countries as surprising as Iran (which has more women MPs in parliament than Britain, by the way). Let's just calm down and have a reasoned discussion about how to enhance and participate in the centre-ground debate, so that the extremists are marginalised in the same way as the anti-semitic, anti-gay christian fundamentalist crazies are in the US.

So, what Sheik Taj Din al-Hilali is asserting is that adult males are no further helpful than animals while it includes intercourse. he's asserting that adult males are susceptible and haven't any will skill to regulate their sexual urges. he's implying that adult males do no have the morals to admire the instution of Marriage. .
