She seems having frequent respiratory system infection often due to viruses, which can be superimposed by bacteria. If one is IgA (a type of immunoglobulin in blood)deficient, this may happen. But its a remote possibility.Tonsillitis and adenoid enlargement(glands at back of throat) have to seen.As last resort, you can give her antibiotic prophylaxis, best one is once weekly azithromycin at dose of 10mg/kg for 3 months, but bacterial resistance is a problem.Consult an ENT specialist to rule out tonsillomegaly and any enlargement of adenoids

chilly fabric...strip her right down to her diaper and wipe her with a chilly, moist fabric - over her head, back of her neck, her torso. you do no longer 'save a little one heat' with a fever. this might in straightforward terms make it worse. She'll in all probability hate that fabric, yet that's the technique utilized with the help of emergency responders (ie paramedics, firefighters) to break a severe, obdurate fever. She does not sound like she's everywhere on the edge of a severe fever if she's working around and happy, yet once you opt for to break a fever, or a minimum of help carry it down, that's how. Giving Tylenol replaced into the the terrific option pass - she would be able to even have little one Motrin/Advil to hold down a fever, yet no longer on appropriate of the Tylenol...you will possibly might desire to attend some hours and stagger it. somewhat severe fevers are risky in toddlers, and can reason febrile seizures. seems such as you're doing each thing precise so far, although!!

ALWAYS ask your primary care physician about any drugs you give your children. A lot of drugs are not meant for children to take and can effect how they grow and develop (along with respiratory system problems, etc). For fevers you can use Children's Tylenol...and usually Triaminic (I think that's the name of it) is a good cold medicine for children. But please do not just give your daughter some random herbs or drugs...consult with your doctor first! Hope this helps!

Fevers usually indicate infection. Go have some laboratory tests done so the cause will be known. It is dangerous to treat something unknown. One will not know appropriate treatment,

they all have this problem when they start going to school - parents keep sending ill kids to school and they keep infecting others. it will get better in a few years, when your child will become more immune to flu infections. now i suggest u give her vitamins every day - it will raise her immune system defense ability. also they say echinacea extract helps, but i haven't been trying this on my kids. vitamins help very much thou. when a child gets ill u might give double doze of vitamin - one doze morning one doze evening. i tried it on my children and on me, helps very much
