Hello there people, Ive been reading this weight loss book and gone to other websites that ask me my height in inches..
I dont know how to measure this, for one I dont have measuring tape . So im guessing there is math involved so to restate the question : How would one be able to take theyre hieght (mine is 5"5 ) and turn that into inches.
Its probably a really easy answer but ive looked and got nothing.
Maybe you can help.
Thanks

Just multiply the number of feet by 12 and then add the remainder of inches. So for 5ft5, that is 5 x 12 = 60; then add the 5 inches, and you get 65 inches. HTH : )

If you are 5' 5" you'd multiply 5 X 12 = 60 and add 5 for the answer of 65 inches. ( feet X 12 + inches )

The secret to the reason why your body can still increase in height lies in your spine...or rather, how you can maximize its length. And since your spine accounts for about 40% of your total body height, lengthening your spine can greatly determine how much taller you will eventually be.

You see, as a toddler your spine is generally straight and stretched out. But as you grow older and learn to sit and stand upright, your spine takes on the responsibility of supporting the weight of your head and torso. This generally causes your spine to get compressed and more often than not, get overly curved from its original form.

Although you may not notice it at first, but this robs you off a couple or more inches from your potential height. So our aim is to reduce your spinal curvatures as much as possible and relieve the compression on your spine. How? By doing height increase exercises

a foot is 12 inches

so multiply your feet value by 12 and add to it the inch value

example 5'.5" = (5*12)+5=65 inches

well lets see first of all you understand that there is 12 inches in a foot, so there for you would take 5 ft. x 12 in. = 60 in. and add the last 5 in. to that since you are 5ft. 5in. and now you have your answer "65 inches"!!!

I'm not great at math, but I do know that 60 inches = 5 feet. So then I go from there.
