It's pretty common these days for any person to cry unfair when they are being opposed. Many think it will stop the opposition, and direct attention away from what they are doing that is wrong.

It isn't fair to legal US citizens and people who immigrated here legally that there are people who have access to our country's resources and yet put nothing back into the country or the economy because they are illegal.

Illegals feel that they are treated unfairly just because Americans are opposing them more now. They try and make up pitiful excuses like they only do jobs Americans don't want, but they know it is just talk and not 100% correct. Plus they are afraid that they will get caught!
Criminals can not be treated unfairly.
Yes, they should be deported out of the US.
No, it's not fair for legal American citizens that illegals are killing their resources.

I have been to Mexico and it is way over populated. And they don't understand that is why they have to come over here through a process. If we open the borders we will be in the same shape as the rest of the world. If they are caught here illegally then yes they should be shipped back. By the way, I am married to a Mexican and he did go through the process and was an American Citizen when I met him. Illegals are criminals and should be hunted down and treated like criminals.

I've also read that Mexican immigration officers shake illegals down for money and deport the ones that can't pay, as well as allegations of rape. Mexico is the most hypocritical country on earth. They criticize the US on its immigration policy when its own policy is more harsh. It won't be long before that country is completely destabilized by the drug traffickers and the US has to go in and clean it up.

If they want to be treated fairly then they need to go about being a citizen legally. If you come here on a work visa or school/study visa and decide to stay, go through the proper channels to stay and have all the rights and freedoms of this country.

coming to this country legally is not as easy as it sounds the process takes 7 to 10 years and many people is not willing to wait that long to bring a family member. that's why they bring them illegally. to fix the illegal immigrant problem immigration needs to be reformed. usually to get a working visa to the us you have to have about $60,000 in the bank in your country of origin, before you get the visa. if immigrants had that much money why would they come here in the first place. immigration is set up to bring immigrants illegally. it needs to be reformed before the problem is solved.

They don't see themselves as criminals. They have all these organizations preaching to them how they belong here, and white people don't, and how they should take back what's their's. They are very uneducated individuals, who are easily influenced.
