Well, I've changed trains there on several occasions. There's a direct train from Geneva at least twice an hour, and sometimes in between you can take one and change in Lausanne. Takes about 1:20.
There's an ostrich farm nearby. It's in the valley but very close to skiing. The website is actually http://www.aigle.ch not .com.

No, Geneva isn't the Swiss capital. Switzerland does not have a capital! the government/parliament is placed in Bern, the so referred to as "Bundesstadt" which purposes as a capital, yet so far the Swiss have not yet desperate approximately it - and in line with probability will never...
