Holy Bible, God's inspired word. God adds to Christ's Church not people.
Acts 2:38 Acts 2:47 Romans 6:1,2,3,4 Hebrews 11:1 and 6;
Mark 16:15,16; Acts 17:30; Romans 10:9,10; Acts 8:35,36,37,38,39; Colossians 2:12; 1Corinthians 11:23-28; Colossians 3:16; Ephesians 5:19; 1Corinthians 14:15
Ephesians 4:4,5,6

There is only one way to heaven. Jesus said, I am the way the truth and the life no man cometh unto the Father but by me.

The Church of Christ welcomes you.

If your question means how to convert to other religion, the answer is this:

How To Convert To Islam:
There are 2 ways ie the informal way and the formal way.

The informal way:
First believe that there is one absolute God that is Almighty and at the same time is very Merciful.

Then say to yourself and firmly believe that "There is only One God and prophet Muhammad is His last and final messenger"

You can say it alone but it is encouraged for you to say it in front of two Muslims witnesses.

The formal way:
Go find an Imam, religious Muslims or knowledgable Muslims and say to him that you want to learn about Islam and want to convert to Islam.

They will teach you how to convert and say the "Kalimah Syahadah".

I can only speak of Christianity.

Christians are accepted by repenting of their sins and accepting Jesus Christ as their Saviour and then getting Baptised.
