Clostridium Difficile and also VREs, (Vancomycin-resistant enterococci). Enterococci are found in the faeces of humans and animals and are among the most antibiotic-resistant bacteria there is. Only a few very strong antibiotics such as vancomycin can treat serious enterococci infections, and these are expensive and potentially toxic.
Also MRABs, or multi-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii. Acinbetobacter is a type of bacterium present in the environment that can be found in drinking water, soil, sewage and food.

vancomycin-resistant enterococci.
Clostridium difficile, which causes diarrhea in hospital patients, is becoming more common, more toxic and more resistant to antibiotics.
Acinetobacter baumannii, which causes pneumonia and other infections and is found almost exclusively in hospitals, is developing resistance to several antibiotics and in some areas is resistant to all drugs.
Neisseria gonorrhea and Mycobacterium tuberculosis are also becoming drug-resistant.
